Dustin Williams, PhD is a social psychologist, assistant professor of psychology at East Central University, and head of research for Rick M. Goldberg & Associates. Dustin earned his Ph.D. in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional psychology and his dissertation topic focused on differences in decision-making styles between high involvement decisions.

Dustin’s teaching is focused on the topics of cognitive and social psychology, research methods, and psychometrics. With Rick M Goldberg & Associates, Dustin leverages psychological research methods and theories to determine the influence of case evidence on juror decision making.
